I probably make school seem a lot worse than it actually is within my head, but it's just a drudge. Each day feels the say, and there's little variation to make it seem at all interesting. I'm still going to try my best, of course, since there's the stress of college and life beyond high school, but I still need to participate in activities to break the dullness.
It's kind of funny - There's a lot of things I wanted to achieve in video games, ex. trying to get my town into order on AC, and finishing off my Victorian mansion in Minecraft, but I always get into the grove of doing these things when it's too late. I couldn't wait to have the time to do these things over break, but I only just started doing 'productive' (used lightly) things until a few days ago.
Speaking of Minecraft, it's very rare that I actually progress on a big build. I get frustrated with my designs easily, and it can be tedious. The end result is often worth the struggle, but even getting started can be tough. I love medieval/RPG styled buildings, and it's probably what I use most often to build. Some clean, modern styles are really nice, too.
Some people manage to build extravagant mansions with miles of storage; mine end up being little cave spaces where I can stockpile things in a disorganized fashion. For example, this is what I built back in July, of this past year:

(The resource pack is John Smith Legacy - it's nice if you're also into RPG things!) It's nothing special, but to be honest I kind of liked the end result and the the little details I worked into the cave. Mind that it only took fifteen minutes, tops... Eventually I'll post some of my more elaborate works, but I'm not too sure what happened to some of my old projects. I suppose it's time I get building!
I haven't got much else to say for today, so I'll end off here. I'm going to try and have myself post daily, if not that often, every 2-3 days. It helps break up the pattern that I mentioned above, and after going to school I might have some more interesting things to post about. Good night!
