After the mad rush at the end of school to get work done and prepare for tests, it finally feels as though summer has arrived! I've had a long past few days, as my parents and I traveled to the UK and we haven't stopped ever since, until just today. Apologies for the lack of posts!
We went to a beach and dipped our feet in the ocean water. As per usual, it was freezing cold at first, but was fun to run around in after a little while. It's not like the beaches I know of, it was quite a bit more rocky, but nonetheless a nice place to come with others.
School isn't out for the students over here, so it feels odd to be one of the few out and about while they're hard at work in class. I feel as though I get odd looks from people at times... I'm not playing hooky, I swear! I've already completed my year of school!

My cat has gone to a pet hotel until my dad arrives back at home in a few days time (but I'll be here for about another month!) I swear, I think we love her a bit too much... but she's just really lovely. She's very playful but she's honestly a very calm and good-tempered at. She hardly ever does anything truly bad-mannered... though, there's a small emphasis on the 'hardly' there. No more sofa-scratching, missy! She flops in our arms like a baby when we pick her up.
I'm sure she's getting some good relaxation done there. Before we left, she was completely obsessed with playing Animal Crossing, just like me...
(meowing) "... Can I stop posing now please? I don't even like this game."I hope your summer is going well, and that things have calmed down if you've had an especially stressful few weeks from the end of school. Try not to think about next year just yet, and enjoy the free time you have at the moment. :)
"Shh, just a second, gotta capture this really quickly..."
